Victoria R. Surati

Victoria represents insurers in connection with cyber, general liability, professional liability, and D&O issues. She counsels insurers on a broad range of first- and third-party liability issues, including duty to defend.

Prior to joining LRD, Victoria worked for a large firm in Washington, D.C. focusing on real estate finance. Victoria attended Wake Forest University School of Law where she was a member of the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law and Moot Court Board.

Victoria currently lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband and their two cats.
