Charles Kendrick Watts

Kendrick serves as the Chief Operating Officer of LRD, where he leads the firm’s operational strategy and internal process improvement efforts. He works closely with firm leadership to strengthen billing, collections, and overall operational efficiency while supporting sustainable growth.

Kendrick brings a broad background in business operations, client services, and organizational development across multiple industries, including legal services, healthcare, and technology. Prior to joining the firm, he held senior leadership roles managing global accounts, overseeing client development, and driving strategic growth initiatives. His experience includes leading cross-functional teams, improving operational performance, and presenting key performance metrics.

Kendrick works collaboratively with partners, attorneys, and staff to identify opportunities for improvement while preserving what is already working well. His goal is to streamline operations, enhance procedural clarity, and help position the firm for long-term success.

Kendrick and his family live on St. Simons Island and return to their home states of Louisiana and Tennessee as much as they can.
