Timothy J. Inacio
Tim has over 20 years of combined experience practicing insurance defense and working for the federal judiciary. He represents insurers in complex coverage matters involving professional liability, general liability, and D&O issues. From 2006-2023, he served as the sole law clerk to U.S. District Judge C. Roger Vinson in the Northern District of Florida. During his 17 years with Judge Vinson, Tim helped manage complex federal litigation and drafted thousands of judicial opinions and orders at both the trial and appellate level.
