Rachel advises cyber, privacy, general liability, and D&O insurers at each stage of the claims process. Her experience extends to coverage analysis, monitoring, coverage litigation, and bad faith coverage disputes. She provides strategic guidance on potential exposure when monitoring complex litigation and addresses a variety of coverage issues with policyholders.

Prior to joining LRD, Rachel served as an associate for a national law firm specializing in insurance coverage monitoring and litigation. While there, she advised on claims involving general liability, intellectual property, cyber, media,  gig economy and construction defect insurance. She has also represented clients in civil and commercial litigation including medical malpractice, general negligence, products liability, personal injury, and wrongful death claims.

Rachel lives in Nashville, Tennessee with her chihuahua, Lilah.
