LRD represents insurers in claims arising under commercial crime insurance policies, as well as fidelity bonds, including claims resulting from employee theft, cyber-crime, and inventory losses.   We assist insurers with fact investigations, including witness interviews and corresponding with law enforcement, coverage investigations, and with evaluating proofs of loss.
