Lena has more than fifteen years’ experience practicing in the areas of insurance coverage and complex civil and commercial litigation.

Lena counsels insurers on claims arising under professional liability, employment practices liability, and commercial general liability policies. She also has expertise in first-party cyber exposures such as computer network security breaches, data loss, and business interruption. Lena serves as coverage and monitoring counsel in connection with various types of professional liability and employment practices liability policies, including claims involving securities fraud, technology-based products and services, computer network security breaches, workplace torts and discrimination, and legal and medical malpractice.

Lena represents insurers in coverage litigation in state and federal courts nationwide, including claims involving extra-contractual liability and bad faith disputes. Additionally, Lena’s experience includes representing clients in diverse civil and commercial litigation matters, such as breach of contract, business torts, and deceptive and unfair trade practices claims, as well as appellate matters.

Lena currently lives with her husband and their two children in Orlando, Florida.
